Terms & Conditions

Buzo is operated by PT Pribadi Boga Utama. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean PT Pribadi Boga Utama, and “you” means any guest, including anyone who books a table or buys a gift voucher.

These terms cover booking a table, dining with us, group bookings, private events and gift vouchers. They are here so that everyone knows where they stand, and so that one table’s arrangements do not spoil another’s evening.

In short

Booking a table

How to book. Reserve through the booking system on this website, or send us a WhatsApp message on +62 819 4333 0250. Both reach the same team.
No deposit is required for a standard table booking. Deposits apply only to group bookings and private events.
Walk-ins. Always welcome, first come first served, subject to availability. Booking ahead is the surest way to get the time you want.
Holding your table. We hold a confirmed table for 15 minutes past the booking time. After that we may release it.
How long you have. Each booking is allocated a 90-minute dining window. Longer sittings are arranged as part of a group booking.
Cancellations and changes. Please tell us at least 48 hours ahead so we can offer the table to someone else.

Dining with us

Allergies and dietary requirements. Tell us when you book. We accommodate nut-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, shellfish-free and vegetarian diets, but the kitchen needs notice to do it safely.
Dress code. Smart-casual.
Outside alcohol. Not permitted. Our bar and the Wine Room are part of the experience.
Children. Children are welcome, and a kids menu is available. Please note that we do not provide highchairs.
Your belongings. Please keep them with you. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or stolen during your visit.

Group bookings

Group bookings are for 10 to 30 guests, at lunch or dinner, and are arranged through our Group Dining page rather than the standard booking system.

Menu. Groups choose a set menu or a pre-order menu. The full menus and prices are sent with your quote.
Deposit. IDR 200,000 nett per person confirms the booking. It is credited to your bill on the day. Deposits may be paid by payment link or bank transfer.
Drinks. The beverage package is IDR 750,000++ per person for two hours, and includes house pours, a choice of two house wines and five selected cocktails.
Seating. Sitting times and seating are arranged with our team when you enquire, subject to availability.
Confirming. Menu choices, dietary requirements and the final number of adults and children must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the booking.
Holding a date. A tentative booking may be released if we have not heard from you, particularly in peak season. Once the deposit is received we confirm by email.
Occasions. Tell us at the time of booking about birthdays, anniversaries or anything else we should prepare for.

Prices are subject to 7.5% service charge and 10% government tax.

Private events and whole venue

For parties of more than 30 guests we recommend taking the whole venue. Buzo seats up to 100 guests, or holds 150 standing. Every whole-venue booking is quoted individually: contact us with your date and numbers. See Private Events.

Deposit. 50% is required one month before the event to confirm the booking.
Menu. The group set menu, or a custom set menu requested at least two weeks before the date. The menu must be chosen two weeks before.
Guest numbers. Maximum 100 seated, or 150 standing. The final headcount must be confirmed at least 15 days before the event. Any increase beyond that number is charged accordingly.
Timing. The event begins at the agreed time. Overtime beyond the arranged schedule is charged hourly.
Children. Under 6 complimentary; 6 to 11 at 50% of the adult rate; 12 to 17 at the full adult rate excluding the alcohol package. All guests under 17 are charged IDR 150,000 per head for free-flow non-alcoholic drinks. A children’s menu must be confirmed at least one week in advance.
Drinks. The beverage package includes a welcome drink, up to five cocktails, a selection of red and white wines, and sparkling wine. No full bottles of spirits on tables, and shots are not included unless arranged in advance. BYO is not permitted when taking our beverage package.
Food tasting. Available at IDR 500,000++ per person, refunded when the booking is confirmed.

Cancelling a private event

More than 30 days before the event: full refund, excluding transfer fees.
15 to 30 days before: 50% charge.
Fewer than 14 days before: 100% charge.

Gift vouchers

A voucher entitles the bearer to a dining experience at Buzo, as stated on the front of the voucher. Order one on our Gift Vouchers page.

Validity. 12 months from the date of issue, unless a different expiry date is printed on the voucher.
Single use. Any remaining value after redemption is forfeited.
Redemption. Dine-in only at Buzo. Advance booking is required, and the original voucher must be presented before or at the time of billing.
Not transferable between restaurants.
Payment. We send a secure payment link issued through our payment provider. Any processing or transaction fee it applies is payable by the purchaser and is additional to the voucher value.
No cash value. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or extended beyond the expiry date, and cannot be used to buy further vouchers.
If the bill is higher than the voucher value, the difference is payable by cash, debit or credit card.
Lost or stolen. Vouchers are the responsibility of the holder and will not be reissued or replaced. If you suspect unauthorised use, contact us immediately with proof of purchase, the voucher ID number and a valid photo ID.
Our rights. We may refuse a voucher that appears damaged, copied or tampered with, and may cancel one where we suspect fraudulent use. Vouchers remain our property until fully redeemed.

Payments and fees

Menu prices marked ++ are subject to 7.5% service charge and 10% government tax.
Payment links are issued through our payment provider. Any processing or transaction fee it applies is payable by the guest and is added to the amount shown, not deducted from it.
Bank transfer fees may apply depending on your bank, and are the responsibility of the guest.
Prices are subject to change. Where you have a confirmed booking at an agreed price, that price stands.
An invoice is issued for group and private event bookings.

Changes to these terms

We update this page when our arrangements change, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. The terms that apply to your booking are the ones published when you booked.
