Book a table at Buzo on Jalan Kayu Aya, Seminyak: Bali's home of Itameshi, by chef Will Meyrick. Some evenings deserve more than a dinner reservation. A cocktail before the first course, a table filled with things to taste and share, a bottle of wine that gives everyone a reason to stay.

How do I book a table at Buzo?

Do I need to pay a deposit?
No deposit is needed for a standard table. Deposits apply only to group bookings and private events.
How long do you hold a table?
We hold a confirmed table for 15 minutes past the booking time before releasing it. If plans change, 48 hours' notice lets us offer the table to someone else.
How long is a dining sitting?
Each booking is allocated a 90-minute dining window. Longer sittings are arranged as part of a group booking.
Can I walk in?
Always welcome, first come first served, subject to availability. Booking ahead is the surest way to get the time you want.
What are the opening hours?
Buzo is open daily from noon until 10.30pm, for lunch and dinner.
Can the kitchen cater for allergies?
Yes. Tell us when you book, not when you order. We work around nut-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, shellfish-free and vegetarian requirements, but the kitchen needs notice to do it safely.
Can I book a large table online?
Bookings of 10 to 30 guests are arranged through Group Dining, with a set menu. For more than 30 guests, see Private Events.

Is there a dress code?
Smart-casual.
Can I bring my own wine or spirits?
Outside alcohol is not permitted. The bar and the Wine Room are part of the evening.
Can I give a meal as a gift?
Yes. Gift vouchers are available from IDR 500,000, valid for 12 months and redeemable for dine-in.
Are children welcome?
Yes, and there is a kids menu. Please note that we do not provide highchairs.
Can you prepare for a special occasion?
Yes. Tell us about a birthday, an anniversary or anything else we should prepare for when you book, and the team will be ready for it.
