BUZO by Will Meyrick in Seminyak hosted an intimate culinary collaboration with Chef Armen of Terra Verte that celebrates instinctive cooking and the dialogue between cultures. The evening brought together flavours from Terra Verte – the soon-to-open restaurant at Equipoise Ubud, and BUZO, known for redefining Itameshi – a fusion of Japanese precision and Italian soul.
In this one-night-only experience, guests witnessed two creative forces finding harmony through contrast: BUZO’s bold, contemporary Italian-Japanese sensibilities meet Terra Verte’s expressive Italian-Mediterranean flair. Rather than blending cuisines, the chefs orchestrated a conversation – one that unfolds through textures, flavours, and instinct.
Behind the bar, Mahendra x Krisna (Campari Red Hands finalist 2024) go full throttle with Espolòn Tequila — expect bold pours, fast hands, and cocktails that don’t quit.
