On Saturday 30 August from 7.00pm, BUZO Modern Izakaya hosted NOM NOM Vol.11, a full-tilt Pizza Showdown with Pizza Tjahaja, the artisan legend out of Gajah Mada, Denpasar.

Two crews, two styles, one room. It landed right in the heat of the kitchen and the buzz of the crowd, with rounds coming fast and the energy staying high from the first slice to the last call.

Running alongside it was Cocktail Collective Vol.3, bringing BUZO’s bar team together with Crafty, with Mahendra and Dirotsaha steering the pace. Supported by Three Peaks and Jim Beam, it turned into a tight collision of pizza, cocktails, and friendly competition, built for people who like their nights loud, sharp, and shared.
