1. Fill in the form — Let us know who it’s for and the amount you’d like to gift.
2. Wait for your payment link — We’ll email you a secure payment link shortly after we receive your request.
3. Receive your voucher — Once the payment is confirmed, we’ll send your personalised voucher straight to your inbox.
GIFT VOUCHERS : TERMS & CONDITIONS
This voucher entitles the bearer to a dining experience at BUZO, as stated on the front of the voucher. Please read the following conditions carefully before use.
🔸 Validity
• The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless a different expiry date is clearly printed on the voucher.
• Vouchers are intended for single use only. Any remaining value after redemption will be forfeited.
🔸 Redemption & Booking
• This voucher can only be redeemed for dine-in meals at BUZO.
• Advance booking is mandatory. Please reserve via the QR code, our website (buzobali.com), or official reservation contacts.
• The original voucher must be presented before or at the time of billing.
🔸 Restrictions
• Vouchers are not transferable between restaurants.
🔸 Payment Terms
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, returned for a refund, or extended beyond the expiry date.
• If the total bill exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid by cash, debit, or credit card.
• Vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional vouchers.
🔸 Lost or Stolen Vouchers
• Vouchers are the responsibility of the holder. They will not be reissued or replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.

• Proof of purchase
• Voucher ID number
• A valid photo ID for verification

• BUZO reserves the right to:
• Refuse a voucher that appears damaged, copied, or tampered with
• Cancel a voucher if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised use
• Vouchers remain the property of BUZO until fully redeemed.
